Approve who gets to look

Vetted buyers sign an NDA in-app to request access. Each request comes to you. Turn any of them down without explaining.

Step 03

Negotiate in a private room

Documents, messages, and offers stay in one deal room per buyer, so you can compare what you are actually being offered.

Confidential means nobody finds out until you decide.

Your listing is a set of ranges

Market, revenue band, bay count, insurer mix. No name, no address, no photos of your building. Your crew, your insurers, and your competitors see nothing.

Every buyer is vetted first

No retainer, no listing fee, no monthly cost. The success fee is 5% on the first $1M of sale price and 2.5% above that, agreed in writing before your listing goes live, and we only earn it on a closed sale.
